Yes, there is time for reflections and short breaks. - How will we handle eating and drinking during the 3 half-day in-person masterclass?
Please be sure to have plenty of liquids (we recommend teas or water) available during the masterclass at home or at work. Also have snacks ready (we suggest fruits and vegtables) in case you feel hungry. We will take at least one dedicated break to have a snack.
