A: The Aware Leadership Masterclasses are offered in two formats—online and in-person—each designed to cater to different needs and preferences. Here’s a breakdown of the differences and the benefits of each format to help you decide which option is right for you:

The sessions are spread over five days, providing ample time to dive deeper into each concept and build stronger connections with fellow participants.

  • Extended Practice: With additional time, you’ll experience a more in-depth exploration of mindfulness and leadership practices, including morning meditations, guided nature walks, and evening reflections.
  • Community Connection: The in-person format encourages more personal connections with fellow participants, creating a supportive network that can continue beyond the retreat.
  • Comprehensive Approach: The longer format allows for a holistic approach to learning, combining structured sessions with informal conversations during shared meals, enhancing both personal and professional growth.
