Participants will explore key principles such as mindful presence, compassionate leadership, and purposeful alignment, all while engaging in meditation, reflection, and group dialogue.   • Day 1: Arrival and Settling In
    Objective: Introduce participants to the retreat environment, set intentions, and create a supportive space for learning and growth.
